2. After completion of the 3 steps, your APS backoffice will show that it is at 100% display rate. If you finished the third step during normal business hours (EDT), your display rate will usually change to 100% later on the same business day. If you completed step 3 after normal business hours, it may take up to 48 hours before your display rate changes to 100%.

3. After you have obtained the 100% display rate message, your people search engine will be advertised for 24 hours.

4. After this free advertising, the referral will have "earned" the $125 commission.

5. You will not receive the $125 until you accumulated an additional $75, for $200 is the minimum program payout.

6. To make the $75, you must get qualified referrals. A qualified referral is someone who signs up for the program and finishes all 3 steps and stays at each step for a specific time period. In other words, to make $5.00, each affiliate must maintain step 1 for 30 days; To earn $10.00, each affiliate must maintain step 2 for 45 days and to secure $15.00, each referral must maintain step 3 for 60 days.
